Tasks
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Chilean market, using trends, customer feedback, and local insights to define action plans in close collaboration with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams.:
- Own the entire sales pipeline, from proactive lead generation to closing complex, high-value deals, ensuring a seamless post-sale experience that drives long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.:
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks,



ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement based on data and performance analysis.:
- Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and setting clear objectives that drive both individual and collective success.:
- Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, key segments, and partnerships (e.g., with architects, designers, developers) that enhance brand reach and revenue growth.:
- Analyze and optimize key sales metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, AOV, and upsell performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives.:
- Plan and oversee high-impact sales events and exhibitions, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and generating qualified leads to support pipeline health.:
