The Role:
We’re scaling fast, and we need someone who can build strong teams just as quickly. As our Internal Talent Partner, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting for our technical roles—from sourcing to close—ensuring each hire is a great fit, every time. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and has a knack for aligning hiring speed with quality.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead structured interviews that accurately assess skillsets for engineering, product, and data roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to fine-tune profiles and ensure clarity at every stage
- Use our ATS and sourcing platforms to maintain pipeline health and data accuracy




- Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements that boost hiring efficiency

What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, especially in staffing or high-growth environments
- Experience filling technical roles and understanding nuanced hiring needs
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work within Eastern Time Zone hours and flex across PST when needed

Preferred:
- Self-directed, organized, and outcome-oriented
- Enthusiastic about improving systems, workflows, and results
- Experience with fully remote or cross-regional teams
