Responsabilidades:
- Management of the annual sales plan
- Coordinate the generation of opportunities and conversion rates in the geographic region, of the FGFD (Fixed Gas and Flame Detection) group;
- Contribute to order entry and billing in compliance with the national sales plan;
- Management of the FGFD operational activities
- Manage the Individual Operational Plan
- Coordinate actions with Marketing team.




- Promote alignment of actions and demands with other departments, aiming to improve sales processes.
- Participation in corporate events.

3. Management of the FGFD sales demand
- Consolidate corporate relationships with strategic customers.
- Participate in special negotiations with strategic clients
- Coordinate field/customer visits to end customers and distributors.
- Coordinate the Salesforce opportunities related to FGFD.

Requisitos:
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial management and direct experience with fixed fire and gas detection, automation, or instrumentation projects. (required):
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced conversational English (language skills will be assessed)

EDUCATION:
- Electrical engineering or Instrumentation engineering degree

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS;
- (preferred) SAP
- Salesforce
