Junta Nacional de Jardines Infantiles (JUNJI) invites qualified personnel to apply for the position of Professional in the Transparency, Lobby and Internal Management Section, in a contractual legal role, as part of the Fiscalía and Legal Advisory Department located in Santiago, Región Metropolitana.

Eligibility
- Eligible staff are those currently holding a contract or honorary position and have at least 6 months of service in the current position.
- Replacement staff must have at least 6 months of service in the institution within the last 12 months and a valid appointment within the last 2 calendar months before application closure.
Requirements
- Citizen or foreign national with permission to work.
- Compliance with the Recruitment and Mobilization Law when applicable.
- Health compatible with job performance.
- Completed secondary education and a professional, technical, or academic degree as required; foreign titles must be validated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and/or the University of Chile.
- No dismissal from a public position due to poor evaluation or disciplinary measures.
- No disqualification from public functions, nor convicted of a crime or simple offense.
Specific Requirements
- Professional degree in Public Administration, with at least 8 semesters from a state university or institution recognized by the state.
- Individual performance evaluation of 60 points or higher in the most recent period, placing the applicant on list 1 for distinction.
- No inactivity or sanctions within the last year.

Responsibilities
- Monitor institutional management indicators
- Implement improvements to institutional management indicators
- Prepare monthly reports on compliance with PMG indicators
- Produce monthly reports on the creation of passive subjects under lobby legislation for evaluating commissions
- Generate monthly reports on lobby law obligations compliance
- Generate monthly reports on active transparency compliance
- Prepare responses when necessary and route access to information requests at the national or departmental level
