About the Role
This dynamic role blends partnership in People & Culture, administrative expertise, and talent acquisition exclusively for the LATAM region. You'll be at the heart of supporting diverse P&C; functions, managing the workplace experience for our offices in Chile and the Bahamas, and driving impactful recruitment initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities
P&C; Partner
- Serve as the primary contact for employees at the Chile office, providing support on P&C; policies, procedures, and compliance
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and resolving issues in collaboration with leadership
- Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and development planning
- Partner with the global People & Culture team to align local practices with company-wide policies
- Administer payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in the market
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, with a focus on attracting top talent in LATAM region
- Proactively source candidates using diverse platforms and build strong talent pipelines
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best practices
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and empathy
- Collaborate with the general talent team to implement and refine recruitment strategies
- Enhance employer branding through effective communication and engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, including generalist, office management, and recruitment roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in region
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global, diverse team
- Spanish as a native language is a must and good command of English
