Your Responsibilities:
The Oncology Franchise Manager will lead the strategic planning, marketing, sales efforts for our oncology and hemato‑oncology portfolio. This role involves managing cross‑functional teams, developing and executing business plans, launching new products, developing the sales force, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market share growth while effectively managing the budget.

- Develop and implement strategic business plans for the oncology franchise.
- Lead and manage the oncology sales team.
- Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Lead the launch of new oncology & hemato‑oncology products, indications and line extensions, ensuring successful market entry and growth.
- Develop and train the sales force to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
- Coordinate actions and resources to include oncology and hemato‑oncology products in private and public baskets in Chile, Ecuador, and Peru.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or other commercial careers.
- Experience of launch preparation and successful launch of Oncology products across solid tumours and hematology. Experience in driving the growth of an oncology portfolio.
- Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills, all focused in driving business performance.
- Business acumen and demonstrated ability to think strategically, quickly appreciate the differing perspectives in each situation and achieve the best possible.
