Responsibilities

- HR Business Partners work closely with Commercial business leaders (Marketing & Sales) to translate talent and culture priorities into locally relevant plans that attract, develop, and retain best-in‑class talent; trusted advisors that empower teams to reach their goals.
- Develop people strategy considering the organization’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Influence business outcomes as a trusted advisor to deliver sustainable integrated solutions and a safe working environment.
- Translate and implement talent‑led strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage employees.
- Support and implement Center‑of‑Excellence led initiatives and opportunities.
- Build HR KPI’s to make accurate decisions and identify opportunities for business units.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration.




- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Demonstrates adaptability and focus in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
- Demonstrates leadership courage and communicates with impact.
- Strong collaborative skills and influence others.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Results‑oriented and customer‑focused.
