Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with IFRS and UAE tax laws.
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure that general ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to support audit activities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing financial forecasts.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure full compliance with FTA (Federal Tax Authority) regulations.
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers,



and conduct regular asset audits.
- Support and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or other ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
