Company and Location

- Recruiting and staffing company based out of the San Francisco Bay area serving important companies in technology, entertainment, healthcare, and other industries in the United States
- Looking for a Recruiter to join our nearshore team in our office in Santiago, Chile

Main Responsibilities

- Set up interviews upon request
- Confirm resources for assignments
- Update applicant tracking and submission systems

Requirements

- Motivated, organized and able to multitask
- Self-driven and collaborative team player
- Solid computer skills
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Living in Santiago and authorized to work in Chile
- Available to work 100% onsite and full time (40-hour workweek) from Monday through Friday during Pacific Time office hours

Preferred Qualifications

- University degree
- Relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable in information technology

Compensation

- Base salary of $800.000 CLP with additional commissions and bonuses.
- High potential to earn total pay of $1.500.000-$2.000.00+ CLP as you continue to build your book of business
