Responsibilities
- Schedules all earthwork, roadwork, or other self-performed work and coordinates field crews through directives given to foremen.
- Plan and schedule all requirements to control labor, equipment and material costs.
- This individual will be responsible for the timely completion of assigned operations and stay within budget, maintaining flexibility on working hours.




- Ensures all resources assigned to the project construction site are maintained, protected, secured and used at optimum efficiency.
- Able to coach and provide on-the-job training to crews.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
