This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive material master data governance framework across the Copper Department regions. The role supports the GSC team in data quality initiatives and standards, working closely with regional supply chain teams and IS. The successful implementation of master data governance processes is critical for our S2C system, Coupa, and other supply chain systems. The position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data standards are adopted and maintained across the organization.

OBJECTIVES:
Lead the development and implementation of a robust material master data governance framework across Glencore Copper’s integral operations:
- Ensure that each region understands and applies the adopted standards.
- Ensure that each region understands and applies the adopted standards.




Establish and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures for both active and passive governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the supply chain.
Drive data-driven decision-making by ensuring material master data is accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
Guide the business and other stakeholders, including regions, to comply with established standards through training and advisory support.
Drive compliance with the developed governance: assess the quality of regional master data and propose improvements.
