About Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS)

Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award‑winning solutions.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

- Development and maintenance of the platform for the production of indices.




- Taking care of day‑to‑day issues associated with maintenance and delivery of indices to clients.
- Delivery of monthly performance reports.
- Performing data quality checks to ensure the quality of input for index calculation.
- Verification of analytics and characteristics such as rating, amount outstanding, etc.
- Monthly rebalance of indices.

What we’re looking for

- Professional degree in IT, preferably engineering (IT or Computer Science) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Python knowledge focused on data management (NumPy/Panda).
- Strong SQL skills including stored procedures handling.
- Azure knowledge (preferable but not mandatory).
- Strong command of Excel and data manipulation.
- Knowledge of capital markets asset classes, ideally in fixed income.
- Ability to own tasks and projects, maintaining stakeholders in the loop.
- Meticulous, with strong attention to detail.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
