The company seeks to hire a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Operations to lead and oversee all financial operations for its Chilean market. This is a key leadership role within the finance function,



and the individual will play an essential part in driving efficiency, financial performance, and operational excellence with focus in customer service.

Key responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the financial operations team in Chile in the insurance technical Accounts (intermediate commission, coinsurance accounts, account receivables and payables) and regular expenses payment process, ensuring smooth and efficient financial processes and operations across the organization.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for financial operations, aligned with company-wide goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management and regional finance teams to drive business strategies, with a focus on operational effectiveness and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, financial reporting, and treasury functions
