We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish), skilled, and experienced Financial Controller to lead the development and maintenance of a strong financial control environment in Chile. This role will require hands-on involvement in day-to-day accounting, reporting,



and finance-related processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise production of quarterly and annual financial close processes for Chile, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory regulations.
- Lead and support the automation, standardization, and redesign of finance processes to improve efficiency and accelerate financial close cycles.
- Oversee the maintenance of general ledger accounts (CoA) and ensure accurate eliminations and group consolidation.
- Prepare technical accounting papers to support both local statutory and US GAAP accounting.
- Manage the reconciliation process between local and corporate reporting. Oversee account analysis prepared by local accounting teams.
- Collaborate to ensure that delivered systems comply with corporate and local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the international/global finance team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment
