The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

- Partnering with the Chief Pilot, and the Aviation team to ensure safe flight operations, compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), other Federal and State laws and regulations.
- Contributing to Solventum’s integral success as an indispensable resource to the company and its customers and be recognized as the preferred supplier of air transportation.
- Providing safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable air transportation, which surpasses customer expectations, enhances mobility, and improves productivity while supporting Solventum’s general business strategy.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)



from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years professional corporate aviation experience.

Additional Qualifications

- Eight (8) years flight experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Airline Transport Pilot rating
- Current FAA First Class Medical
- FCC Radio License
- Valid US Passport
- 2,500 hours fixed wing flight time
- 1,500 hours fixed wing turbine flight time
- 1,000 hours Pilot in Command flight time
- Gulfstream G650 Type Rating (or similar large cabin experience)
- International flight experience
- Part 91 corporate flight experience
- Flight operations management/leadership experience

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Travel

May include up to 60% domestic/international travel.
