The adecuado candidate will contribute to the sustained growth of the business by managing customers comprehensively, analyzing commercial performance indicators, continuously improving the customer experience, and effectively coordinating sales and marketing initiatives while working collaboratively across different areas of the company.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze customers who have been reactivated after a period of inactivity.
- Monitor and maintain an updated portfolio of customers currently placing orders.
- Identify and manage customers to support growth opportunities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Contact potential and existing customers to generate new opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Support and coordinate local office advertising and promotional activities.
- Assist in organizing and supporting company participation in trade fairs and events.
- Request and manage quotations from external suppliers and service providers.
- Prepare regular reports and insights on sales, customers, and key performance indicators.
Required
- Advanced English.
- Good skills of communication, negotiation and sales.
- Know how to diagnose the client's problem and opportunities.
- Maintain and create relationships with our clients.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- Ability to interpret and develop new customer acquisition approaches.
- Previous experience related to Marketing.
