Senior FP&A;/Controlling Analyst

Responsibilities

- The Senior FP&A; Analyst will act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to Commercial and Customer Service organizations, driving financial performance, transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making. This role is critical in ensuring high‑quality financial planning, insightful analysis, and continuous improvement of financial processes to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of financial information.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to Commercial and Customer Service teams, supporting performance management, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform in‑depth variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective or mitigation actions.
- Develop and deliver clear, insightful financial reports and management presentations, translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Drive financial transparency through standardized reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Identify and implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and reporting speed.




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, maintain, and continuously improve management dashboards using relevant and up‑to‑date KPIs.
- Monitor SLA performance and support initiatives aimed at optimizing service delivery and growing service revenue.
- Support business case development, investment evaluations, and ad‑hoc financial analyses for decision‑making.
- Communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders at different organizational levels, adapting messages to business and leadership audiences.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Solid experience in variance analysis and performance management.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear business insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Experience with financial modeling and management reporting.
- English advanced.
