GHD has an immediate opportunity for a Regional People Leader, Chile.The People Leader will have responsibility for the Chile region. This position will provide professional and contemporary strategic and operational people management advice and initiates human resource best practices to support the achievement of the region’s business objectives and GHD's overall strategic goals. The position is in our Santiago, Chileoffice.

Key responsibilities:
Coaching and Performance

Coaches managers on all people related issues





Provides direct employee support through conversation and coaching on employment and career matters

Mediates workplace differences /disputes

Manages performance process, outcomes, and follow-up action for region

Workforce Planning/Succession

Works with Regional General Manager and Center of Excellence partners on specific development and succession needs

Collaboratively manages and actively engages with graduate recruitment and development for region

Supports and actively engages with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Inclusion and Diversity Leader

Monitors and provides insights and solutions in relation to staff retention and attraction including a focus on wellbeing and diversity

Learning and Development

Develops a learning strategy to actively support the capability build and professional development of people within the region

Supervises/reviews onboarding and associated training for new employees/groups
