The objective of the position is:

Give support with operative and administrative processes regarding wellbeing, training and Organizational Development, in order to generate the necessary resources to foster talent development and goals' achievements, including aspects such as psychosocial risk mitigation, talent Retention, and quality of life improvement internationally.

Entre las tareas de la pr谩ctica cualificada est谩n:

1. Soporte en la adquisici贸n de talent de la organizaci贸n.
2.



Soporte en la creaci贸n y modificaci贸n de entrenamientos virtuales y a demanda de la organizaci贸n.
3. Soporte en la gesti贸n de la cultura organizacional a trav茅s de actividades y difusi贸n de informaci贸n.
4. Soporte en el bien estar organizacional a trav茅s de encuestas e iniciativas que promuevan la salud mental en el trabajo, el balance entre el trabajo y la vida personal y el bien estar en general de los trabajadores.
5. Soporte general a todas las dimensiones del ciclo del trabajador y demandas del 谩rea de Talento.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $200,000 per month
