What You’ll Do:

- Lead and support advanced IT systems engineering for hybrid operations.
- Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure (physical, virtual, cloud).
- Resolve Service Desk incidents and self-assign escalated tasks within your expertise.
- Participate in IT projects, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
- Train users and collaborate across departments to deliver efficient IT solutions.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For:





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years’ experience in most of the following: directory services, systems administration, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), virtualization (VMWare), cloud computing (AWS, Azure), SAN administration, backup/recovery, scripting (PowerShell), and mobility solutions.
- Experience architecting and implementing cloud infrastructures (AWS & Azure).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Project management ability and stakeholder engagement.
- Certifications strongly desired: AWS CSA, AWS CSysOpsA, MCSE Azure, MCSA Azure. Preferred: CCNA, PMP.
