Lead Product Manager

The most impactful digital products in the market today are the direct result of a seamless blend of business strategy, design and technology. Orchestrating this behind-the-scenes integration is a Product Manager, who prioritizes the customer experience from vision to execution and, together with their team, guides all workstreams toward a common vision and plan for delivery.

Job responsibilities

- Strong systemic thinking skills with excellent analytical and synthesis abilities, capable of leading the project narrative from problem identification to final solution.
- Roadmapping: Proven ability to build, maintain, and clearly communicate product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business perspectives while developing a deep understanding of the client's strategy, structure, and business model.
- Drive the entire product development lifecycle and continuously deliver undeniable value to clients.
- Develop the go-to-market strategy, ensuring operational readiness to support and scale the product experience.
- Collaborate closely with your product team and client stakeholders to build, align, and execute a shared product vision and roadmap.
- Frame and run rapid experiments to validate new business ideas and opportunities.
- Define key success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and measure product impact.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape, conduct formative research, perform data analysis, and generate actionable insights to inform product strategy and target market positioning.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
- Data Analysis: Knowledge in BI (Business Intelligence), market analysis tools, and product metrics (NPS, conversion, churn).
- User Research: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods to consolidate insights.




- Proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
- Ability to work at both portfolio and product levels — defining and executing a strategy, shaping a vision, and translating it into a roadmap with clear business and customer value-based success measures.
- Experience in user research and a deep understanding of design methods and processes.
- Passion and perseverance for creating best-in-class software products that deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong understanding of agile software development practices and product maintenance/support processes.
- Ability to leverage data to enhance understanding of user needs, product performance, and customer value.
