EHS & Facilities Manager

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Lead the comprehensive EHS, Safety, and Facilities strategy aligned with the organizational culture and corporate standards. Guarantee regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and the promotion of a safety culture throughout the company. Connect the environmental sustainability strategy with the business, driving initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint. Ensure work environments are safe, functional, and efficient. Lead the physical security strategy, including protocols, access control, crisis management, and operational continuity. Oversee the comprehensive management of facilities, preventive and corrective maintenance, general services, and supplier contracts. Establish performance indicators to measure the impact and progress of the department.



Report to integral or regional authorities when appropriate, ensuring adherence to corporate policies. Regular health and safety inspections in distribution centers, warehouses, and offices. Management of workplace incidents and accidents, root cause investigations, and action plans. Monitoring and renewal of environmental permits, waste, emissions, and consumption management. Coordination with external services, surveillance, cleaning, maintenance, and the cafeteria. Planning and execution of emergency drills and operational continuity.
