Role
As a Partners Support Officer, you’ll take the reins in managing and enhancing processes associated with Introducing Broker (IB) and partner approvals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing support queues, facilitating MAM setups, and ensuring accurate rebate reconciliation. You’ll also be instrumental in reporting and delivering ongoing training to new team members, fostering a smooth workflow and robust partner support. In this impactful role, your efforts will be crucial in upholding operational excellence, guaranteeing that all partner‑related tasks are executed with precision and efficiency.
- Managing the IB & Affiliate approval processes by ensuring prompt reviews, compliance checks, and necessary approvals.
- Overseeing partner support queues, swiftly addressing inquiries to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Working closely with global compliance teams to guarantee adherence to regulations.
- Keeping an eye on partner advertising for compliance and taking charge of fraud detection measures.
- Assisting in process enhancements and coordinating MAM setups effectively.
- Handling rebate reconciliation, resolving discrepancies,
and ensuring payments are made on time.
- Compiling and delivering insightful reports on partner activities.
- Leading the onboarding and training experience for new team members to set them up for success.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and process management abilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Proven experience navigating IB approval workflows, rebate reconciliation, and partner support operations.
- Well‑versed in MAM systems and the technical frameworks prevalent in the financial services sector.
- Strong numerical proficiency coupled with a keen eye for detail, particularly in reconciliation and reporting tasks.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with partners and internal teams.
- Capable of training and mentoring newcomers, ensuring they are thoroughly integrated and contributing effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Desirable
- Prior experience in sales or partnership roles will be looked upon favorably.
- Familiarity with trading or a keen interest in developing trading strategies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in software such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and TradingView is greatly valued.
