What the role is

The distribution specialist is in charge of the deployment of its properties on various OTA and online channels, from the connection to the optimisation, from uploading content to setting up rates & promotion. The distribution Specialist is part of the Country Commercial team, will participate in Global Selina's initiatives but also support the local teams of it's portfolio.

What you will be doing

For the Pre Opening Properties:
- Create the hotel in our PMS
- Open the online travel agencies profiles in order to start selling before the property opens
- Update the room inventory in our PMS as the Pre-Opening timeline gets closer to the Opening Date
- Help the Global, Country and Location teams access the online platforms

For the Open properties, we:
- Connect,



Manage & Optimise Selina's properties on various online channels
- Manage the hotels Inventory, Content & Imagery on various platforms
- Connect new rate plans/products/promotions following the Commercial team / Integral Team recommendations
- Review and support the CRO team with any kind of special cases with reservations from the different connected platforms
- Be the Reference in terms of Connectivity & Distribution for your Region, solve connectivity / distribution issues, make sure all reservation are flowing correctly to our PMS
- Be knowledgeable about our connected partners products, Participate to Meeting with some OTAs, Make recommendations, Monitors the results.

What you need for the role
- Excellent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Great Knowledge about at least 1 PMS is a plus
- Experience with Online Sales Channels is a plus
