Clinical Operations Manager – Advanced Dental Centers

The Smile Mission is seeking foreign-trained dentists from Chile for a specialized Clinical Operations Manager position within our advanced, high-volume dental organization.

This is not a traditional office manager role. Our Clinical Operations Managers oversee complex clinical workflows in large dental centers focused on implant dentistry, digital dentistry, full‑mouth rehabilitation, and advanced patient coordination.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating advanced dental treatment workflows
- Managing clinical efficiency and patient flow
- Assisting with implant and full‑arch case coordination
- Supporting digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
- Coordinating between dentists, assistants, lab technicians, and patient coordinators
- Monitoring operational quality and clinical systems
- Supporting large‑scale multi‑provider scheduling and treatment coordination

Requirements

- Dental degree obtained outside the United States




- Experience in dental clinical environments
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Advanced understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume clinical environments

Selected candidates must successfully complete the Academy for Advanced Dental Education (AADE) Advanced Clinical Operations Management Training Program and pass a competency examination prior to final placement.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $1,150,000 – $1,500,000 per week
