The Role:
As a Project Manager at Growmodo, your mission is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the key to building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice in design, tech, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery, managing budgets, and adapting to changes in scope.
- Strategic Advice: Understand client needs and offer strategic guidance in design, technology, and marketing to add value.
- Communication: Communicate complex ideas clearly to both clients and team members, ensuring everyone is aligned.




- Customer Retention: Deliver a WOW experience to clients, exceeding their expectations and fostering positive, long-lasting relationships.
- Customer Expansion: Encourage clients to explore additional services and upgrade their accounts, contributing to their success and account growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Must-Haves:
- Work Experience: Proven experience in project management, customer success, or other customer-facing roles, in a design, tech, or marketing environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, design, and development concepts, with excellent organizational, time, and budget management, and communication skills.
