Main Responsibilities:
- Manage TikTok's Creative Support team and operation for media sales and Selva direct clients, becoming the main point of contact for all the TikTok solution within SELVA
- Lead SELVA's creative support operation for TikTok globally
- Design TikTok solution for media sales team and direct clients
- Create working methodologies and reporting structures for the support, production and direct sales.
- Manage the creative and production team working in the platform
- Manage onsite or remote sessions with clients, prospects,



agencies and internal stakeholders
- Report operations and business results

Skills and Experience Required:
- Solid background in the advertising industry, with a focus on creative support
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering high performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Advanced English level
- Demonstrated capability in client interaction, presenting ideas, and managing expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Understanding of business operations: Knowledge of how to design, implement, and optimize business processes, including workflow development, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive growth, improve client satisfaction, and optimize team operations.
