ABOUT THE ROLE:
The IT Business Systems Lead will oversee a team of analysts while also actively participating in implementing and supporting our tax technology solutions as we modernize our wholesale, e-commerce, and retail operations globally.

You will lead a team of analysts, mentor junior staff, and partner with Skechers business stakeholders to implement configuration changes, ensure compliance with tax requirements, manage data mappings, work with vendors, and oversee integrations into upstream/downstream systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and mentor a team of Tax Technology Coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations




- Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members based on project needs and individual strengths
- Oversee the development of detailed tax technology requirement documents, functional specifications, and system design documents
- Conduct and guide thorough tax process analysis, identifying areas for improvement
- Facilitate and participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, translating tax needs into technical requirements - Perform and oversee data analysis using tax data in different formats and from various platforms
- Validate results through quality assurance testing and coordinate user-acceptance testing
- Provide Change Management and training support for end users and maintain relevant tax technology documentation
- Lead tax technology integration projects with varying degrees of complexity and business criticality, partnering closely with various business units
