As a member of Glencore Copper's global HR IT Solutions team, you will report directly to the CPS Support Lead and play a crucial role in supporting, customizing, and optimizing SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR operations. As part of a integral team, you will engage with regional HR leaders, line managers, HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication, seamless integration, and alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives across all regions.

The role involves managing system projects, supporting HR IT initiatives, driving change processes, and delivering user training and continuous system improvements.



Occasional travel to regional offices and operational sites will be required for successful engagement and familiarization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate SAP HCM & SuccessFactors functionality that align with organizational needs and goals. Lead the change process, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
- Deliver service to HR business to increase smooth HR business operations especially in the area of Payroll, Time and Masterdata solutions management.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the software.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose system updates to optimize HR IT operations.
