In this role you will

- Support the full cycle of sales in the Latin America market.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Teltonika products and services to prospective buyers.
- Conduct market research, identify market potential and source new leads.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits.
- Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, following best practices.

We believe that you

- Have a strong understanding of customer relations or a deep motivation for B2B sales to business clients.




- Possess excellent cold‑calling skills and experience generating a robust pipeline.
- Can handle business presentations and lead client meetings.
- Are accustomed to working under KPIs and deadlines, delivering results on multiple projects.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a commercial or business‑related field.
- Have English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
- Maintain a results‑oriented mindset, can handle objections, and understand client needs.
- Work well in a challenge‑driven and rapidly changing environment.
- Are organized, professional and consistently results‑oriented.

Ideally you’ll also have

- Hands‑on experience and a record of closed deals in the B2B market.
- Experience working in tech or IoT companies is a plus.
