Job Summary

As an HR trainee you will assist in the recruitment process for various departments within our organization. You will help coordinate interviews, schedule meetings and support the implementation of new hire onboarding procedures. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to work on special projects related to employee engagement or other HR initiatives. This role provides valuable exposure to all aspects of human resources operations while gaining practical experience in recruitment processes and administrative tasks associated with managing personnel records.

Responsibilities

- Prepare documents such as offer letters or contracts.
- Support the implementation of new hire onboarding procedures by gathering necessary information and materials.
- Maintain accurate records regarding employee data including absences, leaves and training programs.
- Manage personnel files ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Participate in special projects related to employee engagement or other HR initiatives.




- Conduct research to identify trends in industry best practices related to recruitment strategies and talent acquisition techniques.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at university level (preferably psychology, sociology, law or business administration).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach towards problem solving.
