Role Overview
CGS Chile is seeking Customer Service Agents for an important clothing store in the United States. The agents will provide assistance, ensuring all inquiries, concerns, and requirements are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Exceptional English Proficiency: Fluent in speaking, comprehension, and writing, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills: Demonstrates empathy, patience, and problem‑solving skills, ensuring each customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Skilled at handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling customer inquiries, updating CRM systems, and following up on pending cases without compromising accuracy or quality.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening skills, able to quickly understand customer needs and convey information in a clear, concise manner. Builds rapport with customers and provides consistent, personalized service.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with call center software,
CRM tools, and general computer skills to efficiently navigate systems and retrieve customer information promptly.
- Goal‑Oriented with a Customer‑Centric Approach: Focused on meeting and exceeding performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compensation
$850,000 CLP gross monthly for a 42‑hour workweek (includes base salary + legal bonus over 25% taxable with a cap of 4.75 IMM).
Working Conditions
100% on‑site in Santiago. Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 9:00PM, and Saturdays and Sundays 9:00AM to 6:00PM. From the second half of October to the first week of May, work is only Monday to Friday; the rest of the year is Monday to Sunday. Since customer service is for users in the United States, we operate under the EST time zone (currently a 2‑hour difference; 8:00AM in the USA is 10:00AM in Chile).
Training
Five‑day on‑site training at our Santiago Centro offices (steps away from the Universidad de Chile metro), compensated with $5,000 CLP gross per day.
