Are you passionate about ensuring platform reliability in a fast‑paced, integral environment? Join our Platform Reliability Engineering Team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our integral data pipelines. This team operates 24/7 to maintain Ingestion & Business Intelligence (BI) systems, develop automation, and enhance observability.

What You'll Do

- Provide L1 support for 500+ data pipelines, including Revenue Management Pipelines.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure, automation, and monitoring tools to reduce manual efforts and improve incident response times.
- Migrate and support Keboola pipelines while integrating new technologies to improve platform reliability.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud Support, Infrastructure,



Finance Engineering, Product Teams, and external partners.
- Work in rotational shifts to ensure continuous system reliability and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor & troubleshoot global data pipelines, ensuring quick incident acknowledgment and resolution within SLAs.
- Automate observability, monitoring, and operational tasks for improved efficiency.
- Maintain infrastructure supporting large‑scale data pipelines.
- Lead migrations to modern platforms like Keboola.
- Work cross‑functionally with Networking, Security, and Engineering teams to enhance platform reliability.

What You Bring

Technical Skills

- Strong Software Engineering background with expertise in automation & DevOps.
- Hands‑on experience in Data Engineering, managing large‑scale data pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure is a plus).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, etc.).
- Strong Python, Shell Scripting, or other programming language skills.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, Airflow, Keboola, or similar data platforms.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Good understanding of incident management processes and SLAs.
- Strong analytical skills for log analysis, alerts, and system metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Work Schedule

- 24/7 rotational shifts to ensure system reliability.
- Shift Timings (UTC): 16:30 - 00:30
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
