Position Overview

IT Field Support Coordinator responsible for end‑use support and projects across CEVA branches with nationwide contracts. The role requires maintaining business relationships, developing optimized support processes, ensuring compliance, and managing an inventory of network equipment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with business partners, reinforcing IT processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Execute, define, or develop optimized support processes and automation systems.
- Maintain an integral inventory of all network equipment and ensure replacement plans for aging equipment are in place annually.
- Collaborate with the general team to ensure compliance with standards.
- Document and diagram IT procedures, including SOPs and network files.
- Ensure IT devices receive adequate annual maintenance and that SLAs with suppliers are met.

Qualifications

- University degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience.




- Experience in end‑user support and familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or other ITIL‑compliant tools.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly, manage time effectively, and document processes clearly.
- Knowledge of ITIL and best practices for IT Infrastructure Management.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to facilitate flow of communication between team members.
- Positive approach to managing conflicts and challenges.
- Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with staff at all organizational levels.
