What you'll be doing
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products and services.
- Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
- Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
- Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
Required qualifications
- Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM) or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
