Digital Marketing & Communications Manager

Your Role

- Lead Marketing Communications Strategy: Drive the planning and execution of marketing communications initiatives focused on lead generation and conversion to support business growth across both traditional and digital channels.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and implement integrated inbound and outbound campaigns to attract high-quality leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with Business Line Managers to create compelling content, tools, and messaging that empower the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage SEO/SEM strategies, website content, marketing automation, analytics, and digital advertising to ensure a strong and consistent online presence.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold and enhance the Atlas Copco brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment with integral standards.
- Internal & External Communications: Support corporate communication efforts to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce the company’s reputation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Group, Business Area, and Divisional Communications teams to adapt and implement integral strategies at the local level.
- Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Collaborate with the D&I; Task Force to ensure inclusive and representative communication practices.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:



Regularly benchmark and refine marketing communications strategies to achieve best-in-class performance.
- Compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Standards: Adhere to all applicable regulations and internal policies related to occupational safety, health, environmental protection, and quality.

To Succeed, You Will Need

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, with proven expertise across both traditional and digital channels.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, campaign execution, and sales enablement within a B2B industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in brand management and a background in leading communications or sales teams is highly desirable.
