Senior Media Buyer – Full-time, Remote

Position Overview

Our mission is to deliver unbeatable value and service for clients earning below $15M. We seek a results‑driven Senior Media Buyer to lead strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data‑driven forecasting.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute accurate, insight‑driven media buying forecasts.
- Lead day‑to‑day media buying campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Optimize campaigns, adjust budgets, and test tactics to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Maintain clear client communication—daily performance updates, weekly strategy calls, and proactive strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Brain Trust and pod members (Google strategist, Creative strategist, Email strategist) to align strategy and forecast.
- Manage data integrity and uphold the Prophet system execution to 100% within timeline requirements.
- Monitor and adjust active campaigns to achieve daily projected targets.
- Provide weekly updates and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement.

Qualifications





- 3+ years of media buying experience across search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Proficiency with data tools—Google Sheets, Statlas, and dashboard reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast, model, and adjust campaigns.
- Excellent client communication—clear, data‑driven updates and collaborative problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budget, optimize performance, and deliver results within a 5% delta to forecast.
- Autodidact attitude—continual learning, feedback adoption, and independent skill refinement.
- Experience with Meta best practices and the Prophet system (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

- First month: $2,000
- Second month: $4,000
- Third month (average): $7,000 per month
- 1st‑Year Annual Range: $64,000‑$76,000
- 2nd‑Year Annual Range: $100,000‑$120,000

Location & Environment

- Fully remote with schedule autonomy.
- Continuous 1:1 feedback, measurable quality benchmarks, and weekly check‑ins for accountability.
