As a Principal you will be a trusted client business advisor, leading engagements across a range of industries and projects. You will lead engagement teams to deliver best‑in‑class insights and project deliverables, provide subject matter expertise, and guide the team to business‑focused solutions that drive client value. You will also own mid‑to‑senior level client relationships and mentor junior teammates to enhance Mastercard’s knowledge management.

Qualifications
- Proven senior consulting experience at a top‑rated firm or major financial institution.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Professional level English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
- Advanced experience managing multiple people across multiple projects.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in payments, retail banking or merchants preferred.
- Advanced Word, Excel, Power Point skills; data expertise preferred.
