About the Position

About Us:

- Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the Operating Room and Surgical Suite.

What You’ll Do

- Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates.
- Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits. Manage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and all administrative components involved in recruiting.
- Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers, resulting in a higher submission‑to‑placement ratio.
- Extend offers of employment on behalf of the strategic business unit (SBU) to selected clinicians under the direction of the client facility and SBU leadership.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating start dates and preparing pre‑onboarding materials.
- Work closely with contract employees to identify redeployment opportunities and facilitate transitions to new assignments.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal,



state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor information to remain competitive in sales.
- Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies and new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

What You’ll Bring

- Two years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and the job’s impact on the organization.
- Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of the team and the organization.
- Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
- Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
- Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
- Affect or change others’ positions and opinions.
- Engage effectively in dialogue.

Salary

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.



This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
