Overview
The occupant of the position will be responsible for managing the key accounts of the assigned companies, generating a strategic analysis of the sales potential, providing high‑value solutions for customers, developing long‑term relationships and generating commitment to the brand. The position reports to the HFS Sales Manager (Traditional Channel).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with important clients, working closely with various departments to provide value‑generating solutions.
- Achieve and/or exceed the assigned sales goal and meet the metrics defined by the organization.
- Monitor product deliveries to the client and manage accounts receivable to ensure compliance with Duracell practices and policies.
- Conduct comprehensive competitor product analysis (pricing, discount structures, strengths and weaknesses) to position the Duracell brand effectively.
- Keep the client information base updated to identify business opportunities and define commercial actions.
- Generate client and geographical area reports to support strategic decisions and manage economic proposals and their execution.
- Hold monthly evaluation meetings with customers to obtain feedback and identify areas for improvement in sales performance.
- Ensure that client products are displayed in accordance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- High customer and service orientation with the ability to detect business opportunities.
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales.
- Demonstrable experience managing key customer accounts in mass‑consumption companies.
- Own vehicle to visit clients when required.
- Administration of a previous management system is considered a plus.
- Advanced office user level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation, communication and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate level of English considered a plus.

- Management of interpersonal relationships.
- Planning and organization.
- Advanced financial analysis capacity (P&L;, analysis).
