Position Overview

An Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist will work closely with the internal Sovos Billing, Account Receivable, Collections, and accounting teams to provide on‑going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data.

Responsibilities

- Use existing dash boards and worklist to support on‑time billing/collections
- Partner with OTC leaders on work calendar
- Manage individual worklist preparation and reporting
- Support monthly US customer PI process,



including sweep sheets / close‑won finance approval process / NetSuite synch
- Troubleshoot with team on quotes, invoices, and other data‑driven elements
- Transformation
- Participate in providing use cases and other business needs for broader system transformation - including amendments and subscription billing tool
- Assist in the support of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained

What We Need From You

- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise
- Ability to use Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx and/or Tableau
- Strong logical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
