About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer—a strategic thinker, pixel‑perfect executor, and advocate for the user—to redesign how businesses interact with cloud technology. You’ll own the end‑to‑end design process for key product areas, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate technical wizardry into intuitive interfaces. You will work closely with our product and tech teams to envision Jotelulu 2.0 and drive the product design from concept to polished UI, ensuring a frictionless experience for both technical partners and everyday users.

Contract & Compensation

Contract: Permanent
Salary: 40–50K €
Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days remote, 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete design cycle—from research and ideation to high‑fidelity prototypes and final UI implementation.
- Translate infrastructure‑heavy workflows into intuitive, frictionless experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable, consistent design systems for multiple products.
- Partner with engineers to document designs and ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
- Advocate for user‑centric design through research, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Professional Experience & Skills

- Senior level with >4 years in product design and a robust portfolio.
- Mastery of design tools: primarily Figma with AI, prototyping in Framer, ProtoPie, etc.; bonus: animation tools such as Principle or After Effects.
- English proficiency (Intermediate B1 required, B2 or higher a plus).
- Strong UX thinking and experience with complex digital products (SaaS, cloud, developer tools, enterprise software).
- UI sensibility with a focus on beauty, strategy, business, and emotion.
- Design system expertise – building and managing large, multi‑product systems with tokens, variants, themes, and shared libraries.
- Technical collaboration – speak engineers’ language and propose feasible, scalable solutions.
- Research & data‑informed mindset – conduct studies, analyze A/B tests, funnel analysis, and translate insight into design decisions.
