What you’ll be doing:
- We are looking for a proactive,



organized intern with strong spoken English skills to support our Resource Management team with administrative tasks, report generation, and simple automation efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Director of Operations and gain hands-on experience in operational management and process improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Support daily resource management activities, including assignment changes, availability monitoring, and system updates to maintain accurate workforce tracking.
- Perform essential administrative tasks that facilitate smooth resource operations and communication within teams.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports focused on capacity, utilization, and project assignments to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement simple automation tools using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to streamline repetitive manual processes and enhance efficiency.
