About the Role
The Cold Chain Business Development Manager for WCSA Area is responsible to drive Cold chain Logistics by developing strong vertical value propositions, enabling Sales to win in the market,
and expanding CCL product penetration by building innovative solutions as per market needs. This role plays a key part in shaping and executing product strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to boost our CCL Pipeline, in line with the main Area Camp.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams — including product, sales, customer service, execution, and marketing — to successfully develop, launch, and continuously improve solution offerings.
- Guide a team of professionals, fostering talent development and ensuring best‑in‑class execution.
- Develop and execute strong vertical value propositions to help Sales win in the market and expand CCL product penetration.
- Shape and execute product strategy, driving commercial performance and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
