We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Civil Engineer who is interested in developing a long-term career in the renewable energy industry, especially in Solar and BESS solutions. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in commercial and business development activities.

equirements:

• Electrical Civil Engineering degree (mandatory)

• Between 1 to 8 years of professional experience

• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and business development

• Experience or exposure to Solar, PMGD, C&I; or energy-related projects is valued

• BESS knowledge is a plus

• Advanced English level

• Motivation to learn and grow within a commercial role

• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging business scenarios

• Basic technical understanding of solar solutions,



inverters, or energy systems is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support customer development and sales project management activities

• Identify customer needs and business opportunities related to Huawei Solar and BESS solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Participate in commercial discussions and technical presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth strategies in the renewable energy market

• Continuously learn about industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities
