The Role
To provide patient focused quality pharmaceutical care and to assure an efficient and timely supply of pharmaceutical advice and medication within secondary care setting.

The working pattern for this role is - Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm

In This Key Role, You Will
- Plan and prioritise own workload, as directed by section head or senior pharmacist, to meet both the needs of patients, the department,



other multi-disciplinary professionals and management and the changing needs of the service.
- Deliver operational support to the pharmacy service as part of staff rotation.
- Participate in the pharmacy emergency duty rota for the hospital as appropriate.
- Participate in weekend and public holiday working rotas of the department

What You'll Bring
- Masters of Pharmacy Degree
- Registered member of General Pharmaceutical Council
- Independent Prescribing qualification or undertakes to complete within reasonable timescale.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload
- Experience in patient information/education
