We’re looking for a Junior Analyst to join our team and support the production of macro and market analysis across fixed income, gold, oil, U.S. equities, and emerging markets/LatAm. The role combines daily market monitoring, data gathering and organization, and assisting in the creation of institutional reports and client‑facing content, working directly with the team lead.





The key requirement is the ability to quickly and accurately translate market developments into clear, well‑structured content across multiple formats — webinars, news pieces, written reports, and client materials. It’s not only about understanding what’s happening in the markets, but also about turning that analysis into concise, useful insights tailored to different audiences and channels.

Responsibilities
- Market Monitoring
— Track daily news from the central desk, analyze macro events and market movements (fixed income, gold, oil, U.S. equities, EM/LatAm) and extract relevant insights.
- Content Translation & Adaptation
— Translate and adapt market analysis into clear, audience‑appropriate formats: webinars, news pieces, institutional reports, and client‑facing materials.
- Local Analysis Production
— Prepare simple local market analysis documents and support the research process through data organization and structuring.
