An intermediate professional in the field of Marketing. Uses professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity. Assist in the delivery of the marketing and communications plans that support North American business strategy. Manage processes and systems to ensure smooth delivery of external marketing communications in a manner that reflects GHD's values and purpose.

Responsibilities

- Provides program management support to Marketing and Communications Lead, Environment and Energy, for market‑specific North American marketing plans.
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns and programs for the Environment and Energy markets.
- Coordinate content development and proofread content for variety of channels in collaboration with marketing communications lead (web, social, collateral, video, thought leadership, webinars).
- Support campaign delivery by website posting via Sitecore, Salesforce marketing cloud for campaign management and project management through Monday.com.
- Track and monitor data to help analyze the success of our campaigns and programs.




- Collaborate with the North America marketing team peers and Centers of Excellence team members to support project delivery and campaign implementation.
- Support development of project brief and ensure all communication adheres to project brief and brand standards.

Experience and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or similar field of study.
- 3-5 years of marketing and communications experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written – an open communication style.
- Works effectively with people and builds good working relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing, such as SEO/social media, etc.) and market data analytics and tools.
- Comes forward with solutions.
