Job Overview

NHS Fife is expanding its early pregnancy service and offers an opportunity for a highly motivated, compassionate, and clinically skilled nurse to join our developing multidisciplinary team delivering person‑centred care to women and families experiencing early pregnancy complications. The post is primarily based at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy with some clinical activity at the new Gynaecology Unit at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nurse‑led care to women requiring early pregnancy assessment, investigation and treatment within the out‑patient area.
- Deliver specialist clinical care and reproductive health choices appropriate to the needs of the patient group.
- Work closely with other nursing staff and the wider multidisciplinary team to implement programmes of nursing care for individual patients and for the client group as a whole.

Qualifications and Experience

- NMC Registered Nurse, educated to degree level.
- Previous experience working in gynaecology, infertility or early pregnancy care advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, excellent team‑working skills with effective communication.
