About Us:
- Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the Operating Room and Surgical Suite.
- What You’ll Do:
- Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates.- Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits. Manage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and all administrative components involved in recruiting.- Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers,



resulting in a higher submission-to-placement ratio.-
- Extend offers of employment on behalf of the strategic business unit (SBU) to selected clinicians under the direction of the client facility and SBU leadership.- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating start dates, preparing pre onboarding materials.-
- Work closely with contract employees to identify redeployment opportunities and facilitate transitions to new assignments.- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.-
- Stay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor information to remain competitive in sales.- Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies and new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
